Scunthorpe have agreed a fee with Accrington Stanley for the forward Bobby Grant, who will move to Glanford Park this summer. Grant, 19, was out-of-contract at the Lancashire side and agreed a two-year deal with the Iron. As he is under 24 a transfer fee must be paid. Although this was not agreed at the time his signing was announced, a price has now been settled on. The club have not said how much they will hand over initially, but have confirmed it could reach £260,000 - though this would only be if Scunthorpe won promotion to the Premier League this season. Grant is one of two summer signings at the club, with forward Chris Dagnall joining on a Bosman transfer from Rochdale.
