Having gained promotion to the Championship, The Iron are now considering new ways to improve their stadium. All clubs playing in England's second tier of football have to have all-seater stadia within three years, meaning Scunthorpe have two years to get Glanford Park up to standard, having spent a season in the division in 2007/08. Garton told the Scunthorpe Telegraph: "Plan A has gone out of the window now - that would have been with us still in League One. "We now move on and look forward to Plan B. We budgeted for a loss of up to £1.5million this season to give us the best chance of getting back up - and fortunately that has happened. "We have been talking about how we can improve the stadium. That was irrespective of which division we are in and there are some basic plans in mind."
