Defensive duo Cliff Byrne and Rob Jones are bidding to shake off injuries and could come into contention and centre-back David Mirfin has been passed fit for action.
However, rookie defender Niall Canavan, midfielder Michael O`Connor and winger Garry Thompson remain long-term absentees as the Iron seek to record a win that would lift them out of the drop zone.
Baraclough is also hoping to add firepower to his squad before the transfer window closes.
