The Scottish defender has been out since suffering a serious knee problem in only his second competitive game for the Iron at Hartlepool in August 2008.[LNB]Milne is currently in America working with Colorado-based specialist Bill Knowles, who is one of the world's top knee rehabilitation experts. He is due to return to Glanford Park before Christmas.[LNB]Adkins told the Scunthorpe Telegraph: "If he comes back okay, as we hope he will, it will be a massive, massive plus for us. He has been an absolute role model to every player in the dressing room for the way he has worked to try and get back into action.[LNB]"We hope to have him back in three weeks' time, there or thereabouts, ready to contribute again at first-team level.[LNB]"Real leaders on the football field seem to be a dying breed at the moment - but Kenny is one of them."[LNB][LNB]
