Gordon still believes

On-loan Scunthorpe defender Ben Gordon sees no reason why his side cannot upset the odds and topple high-flying Norwich and QPR in the next fortnight. The Iron are currently second bottom of the npower Championship and lie five points from safety with eight matches remaining. Yet Chelsea left-back Gordon believes they can earn enough points to survive the drop in the coming weeks - starting at Carrow Road on Saturday. He told the club's official website: "You see teams getting beaten every week by other sides who aren't expected to defeat them. "Preston North End and Sheffield United, for example, have picked up some decent wins in the last couple of weeks. By defeating teams as strong as Swansea City and Nottingham Forest recently we've shown we can beat anyone. "We need some big results here, at Glanford Park, and we also need to get some points away from home. Hopefully we can still do it."
