Confidence low - Baraclough
Scunthorpe boss Ian Baraclough admits his side are badly lacking in confidence as they bid to turn their ailing fortunes around.
The Iron are reeling after five successive npower Championship defeats have left them just one place above the drop zone.
They lacked ideas and creativity in Saturday`s 3-0 defeat at Millwall and Baraclough said: "That is the first real sign of a team that is lacking big confidence and we have got to get that back into them.
"They have got to get themselves out of this position.
"There is only one way, by being positive - that is when in possession and out of possession."
