Championship games fall to weather

Five Championship games due to take place on Saturday had been called off by 12noon due to the cold weather conditions, with Millwall confident their game against Scunthorpe will still go ahead.. The games currently cancelled are:   Doncaster Rovers v Barnsley Hull City v Queens Park Rangers Nottingham Forest v Bristol City Portsmouth v Burnley Sheffield United v Reading.   Millwall host the Iron in the televised evening game, and say they expect the match to go ahead.    Six games in League One had been postponed, with only three games still due to be played in League Two.   Scotland was worse affected, with only one game still scheduled to be played - at Alloa.   Blackpool have their pitch covered in the hope their Premier League game with Manchester United on Saturday will still go ahead.
