Nigel Adkins' side have already claimed the scalps of Newcastle and Sheffield United this season. However, they have dropped to 19th in the Championship table after losing their last three games.[LNB]Byrne admits survival is the Iron's objective but the 27-year-old insists Adkins' men should be looking up rather than over their shoulders.[LNB]He told the Scunthorpe Telegraph: "We set out at the start of the season to finish as high as we can and we still believe we can keep ourselves in that mid-division pack.[LNB]"The key in this league, I feel, is if you can string two wins together it is a big, big jump up the table. But it's easier said than done.[LNB]"It would be a massive success to stay up. Any team that finishes fourth from bottom in this league would see it as a success because you've maintained your Championship status. That's not what we've set out to do. We'll shoot for the stars and see where we end up."[LNB][LNB]
