Baraclough admits need for home improvement

Scunthorpe manager Ian Baraclough admits his side must start picking up points at home if they are to climb out of the relegation zone. The Iron have won only once at Glanford Park this season and that victory came back in August. Saturday's 1-0 defeat at Cardiff left Baraclough's men seven points adrift of safety and they now face three successive home games against Nottingham Forest, Derby and Sheffield United. "We've got three games coming up at home now which will shape our season," said Baraclough. "Forest are going to come here full of confidence. That'll be tough, but then we've got Derby and Sheffield United who aren't in the best of form either. "We've got to be taking points from that spell."
