The 20-year-old scored twice, including an 88th-minute winner, to complete The Iron's comeback against their promotion rivals.[LNB]And Adkins is adamant the talented striker will be going nowhere in the transfer window, saying: "Gary's a special talent, and he's only young. We have a culture of finding young players, allowing them to make mistakes, and move on and improve.[LNB]"We've got no intention of letting anyone go at the moment. It was a very tough game, but it opened up in the second half and it was a great finish by Gary at the end. But it's all about partnerships, and Paul Hayes is a great foil for him.[LNB]"We showed good character. It's a big three points, but it's only three points and we can't get carried away, it's very tight up there and it will fluctuate a lot between now and the end of the season.[LNB]"We've got a small squad, but they have good camaraderie and they work extremely hard."[LNB][LNB][LNB]
