Adkins points to lethal pairing

Hooper has 30 goals to his name this term and is just two shy of Billy Sharp's club record in a season while Hayes has chipped in with 20 himself. Former Southend forward Hooper is struggling to be fit for the clash with Millwall as he nurses a groin injury, but Adkins is confident the pair will continue to cause problems if they are able to link-up at Wembley. "I know Gary will put himself forward for the weekend which is great," he said. "Gary is part of the team, he's scored 30 goals this season which is great. "His partnership with Paul Hayes has been phenomenal. They've played 55 of the 59 games that we've played this season together and scored 50 goals between them. "We're approaching our 60th game and we've played some really good football this season. We're going down there with a desire to win the game."
