Adkins hopeful over Murphy injury
Murphy was taken to hospital for an X-ray after injuring his arm in Tuesday night's Carling Cup win against Port Vale, but Adkins expects him to line up against Sean O'Driscoll's side.
He told the Scunthorpe Telegraph: "I have spoken to Joe and he is beginning to get a full range of movement back in his arm again.
"The signs are good and he is confident of being fit to play against Doncaster."
