Sheffield United and Newcastle travel to Lincolnshire in the next seven days to face an Iron side that have lost their last two games to take the gloss off what had been a promising start back in the second tier.[LNB]But Adkins believes his men are coping well since their promotion from League One and wants his players to continue to punch above their weight against some of the division's bigger clubs.[LNB]"It's always going to be challenging for smaller clubs because we do not have the resources to match the budget of others," he told the Scunthorpe Telegraph.[LNB]"If we can produce what we did against Crystal Palace, Preston and Middlesbrough, then we have every chance. That is the standard we are looking to emulate all the time. We have been very competitive in games in a demanding league.[LNB]"We have a great team spirit and there is hope, optimism and quality in the squad - I believe they are growing in the Championship."[LNB][LNB]
