Ross McKinnon's services will be available for the Sons of the Rock for longer than expected

Full back Ross McKinnon will be staying with Second Division Dumbarton until the end of December. Motherwell have agreed to extend the loan of Rab McKinnon's nephew until the end of the year. The deal was originally just for a month and McKinnon has started the last two games for Dumbarton Sons of the Rock manager Alan Adamson said: "We were short of players in the full back area and Ross has come in and done really well. We are looking forward to him developing further over the next three months."
