Gary O'Connor was not pleased to see an ex-team mate help beat Raith Rovers on Sunday. Raith Rovers back up goalkeeper Gary O’Connor was understandably disappointed to have seen his beaten 2-0 to Dundee United on Sunday in the Active Nation Scottish Cup semi-final. To rub salt in the wounds, an ex-colleagues set up the first goal.  O’Connor was playing for Berwick Rangers when United’s midfield schemer Danny Swanson entered the senior game at Shielfield. It was Swanson who set up David Goodwillie’s opening goal with a precise pass to leave O’Connor saying, “You could tell as soon as Danny joined us he was a special talent and we were all delighted for him when Dundee United bought him over two years ago. I always though he would go on to great things but never thought when we are at Berwick together that he would hurt me in a Scottish Cup semi-final. Good luck to him in the Final all the same.” Editor Ger Harley (ger@scottishfitba net)Admin Team (admin@scottishfitba net)This is Scottish-Fitba Net
