The next best thing to a permananent deal has been agreed for Mohamadou Sissoko Kilmarnock have welcomed back centre-back Mohamadou Sissoko who will return to Rugby Park on loan from Udinese. Sissoko played 31 times for the club last season but was called back to his home club at the end of the seasopn. There was some doubts over the ability of Killie to do another deal, ideally they would have liked to sign him on a permanent deal, due to the money Udinese were looking for. However, manager Kenny Shiels must have used his Irish charm to get the deal done. Sheils has been on the look-out for a centre-half since Ryan O'Leary was ruled out for the majority of the season with a damaged cruciate ligament. Sissoko was one of Shiels' main targets this summer and comes in days after the Rugby Park manager released full-back Tim Clancy to Motherwell in a bid to free up wages. Kilmarnock made another signing with the signing of midfielder Jude Winchester from Linfield. The Northern Ireland Under-18 international has been on trial with the Ayrshire club and comes in from the Belfast club's youth team. Linfield's official website describes him as a "tenacious midfielder with good pace and great work ethic" who has the "ability to go past players with ease".
