Yes, it's a great stadium but that doesn't gain points in the league. Hibs fans want players to come to Easter Road because the team is going places not because they have four stands around the pitch Hibs have agreed a deal which will take midfielder Martin Scott from Ross County to Easter Road for an undisclosed fee. He can now be reunited with his former manager Derek Adams, who is assistant to Hibs manager Colin Calderwood. The deal is for three and a half years after Scott made more than 150 appearances for the Dingwall club since moving from hometown team Livingston four years ago. Scott said: "Hibernian is a massive club and it is a real privilege for me to come here. I'm delighted with the move and the chance to come and try to establish myself at Hibernian. Easter Road is an amazing stadium and I'm thoroughly looking forward to the challenge and the fight ahead by helping Hibernian to get points on the board." Calderwood has had Scott on his radar since shortly after taking over at Hibs in October. He said: "I'm delighted we've managed to sign Martin. He comes into a competitive area of the team and has all the attributes I'm looking for in a player. I think one of the first games I went to watch after I'd been appointed manager here was Ross County and I was very impressed with him. I asked the rest of the staff about him and he was a player who was highly thought of. I did a bit more homework on him and then when Derek joined he testified about his character and ability. Martin is a player who will give everything every day, and I'm looking forward to having him as part of our squad."
