The Red Lichties beat off interest from Falkirk and Ross County as well as former club Dundee. he has brought a smile to manager Paul Sheerin face as he continues his preparations fort the season ahead.. Sheerin said: "I am a very happy manager with this news. Gavin had interest from elsewhere so for him to sign on again for us is a real boost for the season ahead."
