Ts and Is need to be right if fans are to take over St Mirren

The 10,000 Hours group, which has pledges from more than 1,000 Buddies fans, have been advised to amend their offer to take over at St Mirren. The community group are among at least three parties interested in buying the controlling consortium's 52% stake. Chairman Stewart Gilmour is part of the current controlling consortium. A statement on their website last night read: "We can confirm that we have now had a response from the selling consortium to the bid which was submitted on August 24th. We have been asked to review two particular clauses within the offer and re-submit the bid. We are in the process of completing this task and intend to re-submit our updated offer to the selling consortium tomorrow."
