Jamie Langfield is only focused on the situation now not at the end of the season.

Aberdeen goalkeeper Jamie Langfield is more concerned about the present that any thoughts of his future despite his contract being due to expire at the end of the season. This is Langfield's ninth season at Pittodrie and he has held off the challenge of Nicky Weaver to remain the No.1 number 1. While recognising his is not everybody's cup of tea, he argues his commitment to the club cannot be questioned. On his future Langfield said: "I have not given it any thought. I am just focusing on now and enjoying my football. People can talk negatively about me but one thing I guarantee is every time I put on an Aberdeen shirt I will give 100 per cent. I may not be everyone's favourite but no one can doubt my commitment to the club. I am close to playing 300 games for Aberdeen. If I do reach that it would be a great achievement for me. It's always a challenge whenever a new keeper and manager come in to a club. Hopefully the gaffer can see by my performances how much I want to play for him."
