The ex-Atletico Madrid youngster was one of the players who had agreed to have his contract switched to newco Rangers but has now left the club after an agreement was reached between the two parties. Rangers chief executive Charles Green confirmed Ortiz was free to find a new club.Green said: "The club would like to wish Juanma well for the future. The club will not have any objection to an International Transfer Certificate being provided by the SFA and the player has conducted himself in the correct manner."
