St Mirren manager Danny Lennon is tired of watching from the sidelines as his team lose but at least on Saturday he saw an improvement in performance. Last weekend the Buddies suffered at the feet of Celtic when the Parkhead side won 5-0. Lennon wanted to see a good reaction to that result when they took on Dundee United at home. While Lennon did not get the result he was looking for, he could see some positives from the game. He said: "I was disappointed not to take a single point from the game. The character was suspect last week and they certainly answered that today. We had a lot of possession. The operation went well but the patient died."
