Take A Chance On Me
Alloa are recruiting from the lower leagues. Alloa manager Allan Maitland could be about to offer two lower league players the chance in the senior game. Bo’ness Junior midfielder Andy Shirra, who had a short spell at Stenhousemuir a couple of seasons ago, and Vale of Leithen striker Aaron Somerville are both on trial at Recreation Park. Maitland who recently recruited striker Jim Lister from Bathgate Thistle. Maitland said: "There are places remaining in our squad and if Andy and Aaron keep on impressing I will have no hesitation in offering them a deal."
