Six names from the past have made it into the SFA Hall of Fame. The SFA Hall of Fame has six names in the roll call of the membership. To keep things balanced, former Celtic captain Paul McStay and Rangers hero Andy Goram were among six figures from the past who were inducted into the Hall of Fame on Sunday. Two of the six, referee Tom (Tiny) Wharton and Bobby Johnstone, a member of Hibs' 'Famous Five' of the 1950s, were given posthumous awards. McStay, who made 678 appearances for Celtic, and former Hibs, Rangers, Manchester United and Scotland goalkeeper Goram attended a dinner in Glasgow to celebrate their new status. Motherwell manager Craig Brown, who led Scotland to two major finals, along with former Dundee United defender Dave Narey, who won the league with the Tannadice club in 1983 and played in the 1987 UEFA Cup final, made up the six new member.
