Signed In The Nick Of Time
Nick Ross has taken every opportunity to show what he can do and has been rewarded with a new deal. Terry Butcher is pleased to see that Nick Ross has taken up the offer of a new deal which will see the midfielder staying with Inverness until the end of the 2012-13 season. Ross, who along with Graeme Shinnie was offered his new deal earlier this week, has started 14 of Caley Thistle's 15 games this season as they climbed to fourth place in the SPL. Butcher said: "We'd made Nick the offer and were very hopeful he'd accept but it is reassuring to have the contract agreed and signed. He has come through the youth development ranks at this club and when given the opportunity the lad has made it impossible so far to leave him out of the first team. After the frustration of the Dundee United game being postponed, it is nice to have good news for a change.
