Players often want to move south to play but Kieron Stallard has taken it a bit far

Kieron Stallard has had enough of playing for Airdrie United and will be heading down under to continue his playing career in Perth Australia. The defender was a product of the Falkirk Youth Academy. However, he never made it to play for the first team and joined the Diamonds initially on a loan deal in August 2010. Stallard finally signed a permanent deal last summer and he featured in over 75 games scoring his only goal for the club in their recent 4-3 win over Dumbarton. Manager Jimmy Boyle said: "We all wish Kieron well and whilst it is disappointing that he is leaving us the chance of living and playing in Australia is a great one."
