Scotland - Wales Take II

29 March 2013 14:15
Preparations for 2016 World Cup start now There may be problems for the owners of East End Park but they will have something to cheer about next month when Scotland's women's national side take on their counterparts from Wales. Hopefully the distaff side of things will get a better result than was recorded last Friday. This will be Scotland's first home game of 2013 following up from their involvement in the Cyprus Women's Cup which saw them secure wins over Italy and The Netherlands and a thrilling 4-4 draw with England. Scotland won 2-1 the last time Anna Signeul's side met Wales, in Llanelli in September 2012, to qualify for the UEFA Women's Euro 2013 play-offs.
