Kevin Rutkiewicz, who spent the second half of the season on loan at East End Park, has also committed to a permanent deal after being released by St Johnstone.  McIntyre said: "I am absolutely thrilled that we have come to an agreement with a group of players who I believe are good enough to compliment the SPL." The Pars manager has also offered a new deal to full-back Calum Woods, although he has been given time to follow up interest from clubs in England.
