Getting additional time to get back to full fitness has been welcomed by Partick Thistle The postponement of games due to the severe winter weather has had a silver lining for Partick Thistle as it has helped members of the squad get over injuries and boosted the numbers available to manager Ian McCall. The Jags, and the rest of Scottish football, are due to be back in action on Saturday when Ross County pay a visit and McCall may have four additional players available to him.McCall said: “The enforced break has allowed John Robertson, Kris Doolan and young Ryan MacBeth to spend time with the physio and get back towards full fitness. We also had Iain Flannigan back training with us today which was a boost so I am looking at things positively."
