Stuart Millar has made his first deal since taking on the Clyde managers job. Clyde head coach Stuart Millar has made his first signing since taking over at the Broadwood Stadium. Celtic under-19 player Haydn Cochrane, who has been capped by Scotland at various age levels, has agreed a deal to join he Bully Wee. The midfielder made the move to enable him to get a chance of regular first team football. Millar said: “Haydn has been with Celtic since he was 10 and has had a great football education but he now needs to take his career to the next level, which he can achieve with regular action in the Scottish Football League. We have high hopes for him but we will handle his development with care.” Millar has also been reunited with an old friend after signing central defender Murray Henderson from Stranraer. The six foot three inch 29 year old previously played for Millar and Bully Wee Director of Football, Neil Watt, when they were in charge at Stair Park and at Ayr United. Millar said: "Murray has great experience and leadership qualities that will benefit our young group of players.
