Milsom Round His Neck

Robert Milsom likes Aberdeen and wants the chance to win some silverware with them. Aberdeen midfielder Robert Milsom wants to stay at Pittodrie and has started talking to manager Craig Brown about extending his stay. Milsom moved north to the Dons from Fulham in January and has made 12 appearances for the much improved side, who have pulled away from the SPL drop zone and are also still looking towards the Scottish Cup. The midfielder's current deal ends in the summer, but Milsom is keen to remain with Aberdeen and has already spoken to the club about a fresh deal. Milsom said: "I'm enjoying it here and hopefully I can carry on here. I spent a lot of time at Fulham and enjoyed it but I wasn't playing games. We have a big opportunity to win a cup and it would impact massively on whether I stay. I am keen to remain at Aberdeen anyway. There have been talks already and I have made it clear I want to stay. The chance of winning the Scottish Cup and then qualifying for the Europa League is something that appeals. I didn't feature when Fulham reached the final of the competition because I was injured so it would be great do get there with Aberdeen."
