Joe Miller feels Billy Stark can get the best out of the youngsters at Pittodrie Former Aberdeen striker Joe Miller has ruled himself out of the race to be manager of Aberdeen but would be willing to be considered as Billy Stark's assistant if the Board  appointed the current coach of the national Under 21 side. Aberdeen have been introducing youngsters such as Fraser Fyvie and Michael Paton to their team and Miller feels Stark can bring out the best in them. The former Clyde and Dundalk manager said: "Billy's stock is very high because he's done ever so well with the Under-21s and could be an ideal candidate. He knows the youth players and the lower division players that are around, and working with the under-21s he would be an ideal candidate." Miller does not feel he has enough experience for the job but he put himself forward as an assistant. He said: "If the opportunity came along to go in as an assistant, that would be fantastic. I know Billy very well and if the opportunity for me to do that came along then I'd love it. I spent the best part of 12 years up there, in two spells. I've got a good affiliation with the club and I'd love to go back and help them to try to turn things around. With what I've done in my coaching career, I think I've got something to offer."
