Colin McMenamin signs after successful trial at Queen of the South Striker Colin McMenamin has agreed to sign on at First Division rivals Queen of the South until the end of the season after a successful 3 game trial period. Unfortunately, he will not be able to appear for his new side in the ALBA Challenge Cup Final against Ross County at the end of the month as he played for troubled Dundee in the earlier rounds.Doonhamer boss Kenny Brannigan was delighted to get hold of the former Gretna and Livingston front man. McMenamin was fated to play for his home town team. Brannigan said: “Colin is a very experienced player, a noted goal-getter and was originally from the area so he knows the people down here well.
