Danny Lennon adds another to his squad. St Mirren have signed former Hibee Jamie McCluskey after the winger impressed on trial. McCluskey has signed a deal until the end of the season after catching the eye of Buddies manager Danny Lennon who has been a long-term admirer of McCluskey from his time at St Johnstone and Hibs. Lennon said: "Jamie came in and he has impressed us over the week. I can think back to when he was at St Johnstone and he was one that always caught the eye as he is creative." McCluskey is looking forward to playing under Lennon and is happy to have made the move to Paisley. He said: "I think St Mirren have a very ambitious manager in Danny Lennon. What I have seen of him and Iain Jenkins the last few days and how they want to play the game the right way helped me to make up my mind about coming to St Mirren. They like to play football and I like to play football so I'm really happy to come here and play for St Mirren."
