Falkirk are looking to make the most of their games in hand Partick welcome Falkirk tonight without being able to call on the services of Paul Paton, Bryan Hodge and Ryan MacBeth who are all sidelined through injury. However, manager Ian Maxwell should be able to rely on midfielder Paul Cairney who appear set to return from his lay-off. Striker Kris Doolan is carrying a knock but he also should be available. Maxwell is looking for his players to finish the season on a high. He said: "We want to finish the season as high up the table as we can and whilst Falkirk are ahead of us just now we have to play them three times before the end of the season. It is only our second league game of the season against each other but we know one another well through a league game and three different cup ties.''    PO TEAM P W D L F A GD Pts 1 Dunfermline 32 16 10 6 53 29 24 58 2 Raith 31 16 8 7 42 26 16 56 3 Falkirk 29 13 7 9 47 31 16 46 4 Queen of the South 30 12 6 12 46 40 6 42 5 Partick Thistle 29 9 10 10 32 29 3 37 6 Morton 30 9 10 11 30 32 -2 37 7 Dundee 31 16 11 4 46 27 19 34 8 Ross County 30 6 13 11 23 30 -7 31 9 Cowdenbeath 30 7 6 17 33 62 -29 27 10 Stirling Albion 30 3 7 20 26 72 -46 16 Falkirk's Tam Scobbie is a major doubt for the trip after injuring a rib in the 2-2 draw at Morton. Brian McLean will also miss out through suspension, but front man Carl Finnigan will be available after serving hiss ban. The Bairns need a win to reignite their title hopes after a poor run of form. Manager Steven Pressley said: "For the first 15 to 20 minutes on Saturday we were not in the game but we came through that and got into things and then played some good stuff. The games between us and Thistle have been really tight this season and this one will be no different."
