Lennon Looking At Bringing In New Faces

30 September 2010 20:31
Danny Lennon is looking to get his squad to the right size. St Mirren manager Danny Lennon signed former Hibs wide player Jamie McCluskey on the eve of Last Saturday's defeat by Inverness and could yet add further to his squad. Lennon has had two players on trial this week - former Clyde full-back Michael McGowan and midfielder Toufik Zerara, who had a brief stint at Falkirk last season. Meanwhile, midfielder Nick Hegarty faces at least three months out of action after breaking his ankle during the Inverness game. The former Grimsby player had to limp off during the first half of what was just his third game for the club since joining on transfer deadline day. Lennon  said: "Nick Hegarty fractured his ankle and the outlook isn't too good. It looks as if Nick will be out for a minimum of three months."
