Now that the SFL have voted that the best they can do for newco Rangers is a place in the Third Division there continues to be fall out affecting the club. A number of players have already moved on and now Dorin Goian plans to leave Ibrox. The Romanian defender joined Rangers from Palermo last summer and had promised to stay at the club and see out his contract. However, once the news of the vote came out, he quicky changed his mind. He said: "I am not playing at the fourth level - there's no question of that. I am on my way back and I will meet the president of the club and I will learn more. My agent has already spoken with other teams but nothing has been agreed yet. I would have stayed if it was the First Division - but not this."
