Rod Petrie and his board are taking their time in finding someone to take charge at Easter Road Hibs have yet to find the manager to replace John Hughes so will have Alistair Stevenson and Gareth Evans in charge of team affairs as they prepare for Saturday's game with Kilmarnock. Under-19 coach Stevenson and first-team coach Evans have been conducting training sessions following the departure of manager pairing of John Hughes and assistant Brian Rice at the beginning of last week. Stevenson is also lined up to take the weekly  preview press conference on Thursday. The continuation of the informal arrangement suggests the Easter Road board will continue to take their time over appointing a replacement for Hughes. Reports have claimed that Hibs are considering a move for Brazilian coach Baltemar Brito, who worked with Jose Mourinho at Porto and Chelsea. Another former Chelsea coach, Steve Clarke, has also been linked with the job along with Shamrock Rovers manager Michael O'Neill. Hibs are also reported to have pulled back from an approach to former Rangers manager Paul Le Guen. Stevenson said: "The training sessions have been productive and the players are aiming to get back to winning ways against Kilmarnock on Saturday."
