Game on for Dundee v Motherwell thanks to the fans Dundee fans came to the aid of their club to ensure today's Scottish Cup Fourth Round game against Motherwell will go ahead. The South Enclosure remains closed as there was only so much the volunteers could do in the time available. The home fans will be accommodated in the Main and Bobby Cox Stand  The home side will be without midfielder Nicky Reilly and former St Mirren player Steven Robb is ineligible to play as a trialist. However, Hearts have granted permission for on-loan youngster Jonny Stewart to play for the Dark Blues. Despite coming to the game on the back of six wins manager Barry Smith reckons that Motherwell are strong favourites to get into the draw for the fifth round. He said: "Our confidence is high just now and the next game cannot come quick enough but they are a good side, playing in a higher Division side and are favourites. I have asked the players to go out and do themselves justice, play like they have over the past few weeks and we will see what happens.'' Motherwell midfielder Steve Jennings returns from a three-game suspension. But new manager Stuart McCall has lost three players from the team that drew against Hamilton on New Year's Day. Nick Blackman has returned Blackburn following his loan spell to discuss his future, Steven Saunders has a hamstring injury and a minor injury has prematurely ended Alan Gow's short spell at Fir Park.
