Duberry Could Feel Like A Twit

Using Twitter to be anti-social could cost Michael Duberry. St Johnstone defender Michael Duberry could regret turning to Twitter to vent his feelings following Saturday's 2-0 Tayside loss to Dundee United. Duberry could be in disciplinary trouble with the SFA after venting his fury on the social networking website. Saints' efforts were hampered when defender Steven Anderson was sent off by referee Mike Tumilty for two bookable offences after 15 minutes and in first-half stoppage-time the Siants conceded a Johnny Russell goal when the United striker appeared to receive the ball in an offside position. Former Chelsea and Leeds defender Duberry was incensed by the decisions and made his feelings known on Twitter.  On Saturday night, he wrote: "I hate refs. I have never seen such a blatant offside. I hope the officials that did our game are embarrassed by there performance today. Rubbish. Fined? For what saying I hate refs? Or saying they should be embarrassed by their performance? Don't think its a fineable offence! Hope not." The SFA could yet punish Duberry for making public comments criticising officials. A spokesperson said: "We are aware of the comments."
