Thankfully for the Spiders, their worries over their goalkeeper were unfounded. Queen’s Park feared the worst when Adam Strain he had to come off during a game against Arbroath earlier in the month. They thought their keeper would be out for three months with his injured knee. However, subsequent examinations have shown that the injury is not as bad as first feared. Hampden head coach Gardner Speirs was pleased to provide an update. He said: “Adam’s injury is not as severe as we first thought and he should be back with us in a fortnight.” Editor Ger Harley (ger@scottishfitba net)Admin Team (admin@scottishfitba net)This is ScottishFitba Net
