Albion Rovers will hope to come back from Stirling next month with a full squad that is a liitle bit fitter. Albion Rovers boss Paul Martin will be taking his squad to Selkirk for the third season in a row for a pre-season friendly. This time, however, he does not want to come back with a player crocked for almost the entire season. The Coatbridge side take on the East of Scotland League team on Saturday, 17 July at Yarrow Park.Martin said: “Our fans have really enjoyed the last two games at Selkirk and the hospitality that everyone from Rovers enjoys down there ensures it is a great day. Last season we lost my player/ assistant manager Todd Lumsden, when he injured his ankle in the game after landing awkwardly. He missed most of the campaign so fingers crossed we have a great day again but with no injuries.” Editor Ger Harley (ger@scottishfitba.net)Admin Team (admin@scottishfitba.net)This is Scottish-Fitba.Net
