Scotald meet up today without Stephen Crainey

Scotland manager Craig Levein has called up Lee Wallace to his squad for the games against Lichtenstein and Spain in place of Blackpool defender Stephen Crainey. An ankle injury means that Crainey will miss both games. Levein will also be interested in the scan result on Kenny Miller's groin who will be joining up with the rest of the squad today. Miller was substituted early in Cardiff's 2-1 defeat at Hull on Saturday and Bluebirds manager Malky Mackay said he would be "very surprised" if Miller recovered in time for the two games.  The striker scored one and set up the other goal in the 2-2 home draw with Czech Republic in September but missed the following 1-0 win over Lithuania at Hampden through suspension. The squad officially gathers at their base on the outskirts of Glasgow today and Levein will be hoping for some good news on the Cardiff City player who, if fit, will almost certainly play in both games, although his participation in either has to be considered doubtful.
