Buddy Can You Spare Me A Game?

It could be back to action (referees permitting) for Paul Gallacher at the weekend. St Mirren goalkeeper Paul Gallacher could be back in the first team this weekend after two months on the injured list. The Scotland international had an operation in September to repair his damaged knee and has been on the rehabilitation trail since. However, Gallacher was back in the Buddies goal for a practice game against a Rangers XI on Monday. Manager Danny Lennon said: "He's had no reaction in his knee to playing. It's great to get Paul back playing as he is a very big player for us. But to be fair to (Craig) Samson he's come in and he's looked stronger and more comfortable with each game. I'll have a decision to make but I love that, you want players competing for places." Editor Ger Harley (ger@scottishfitba net)Admin Team (admin@scottishfitba net)This is Scottish-Fitba.Net
