Borris Out For Weeks
An early blow to Alan Adamson's plans with Ryan Borris due for surgery Dumbarton's Ryan Borris will have to undergo surgery to to deal with a groin injury. This means the returning Son of the Rock will have to sit on the sidelines for a number of weeks as he recovers. Borris has only featured once this season, when he managed to play for an hour against Airdrie United 10 days ago, due to the problem. Strathclyde Homes Stadium manager Alan Adamson said: "It looks like Ryan faces a lengthy period out which is a real blow to us and to the player who was really keen to get his Dumbarton career going again."
