Bit Of A Blow Before Christmas
Ankle injuries can be difficult to diagnose so best to get it fully checked out.
Montrose did not know just how badly injured Paul Lunan, who has been on the sidelines for the past month, was until they discovered that his ankle injury is actually a fracture. As the injury was not responding to treatment the defender was sent for an x-ray which identified the fracture.Links Park manager Stuart Garden said: "Paul had thought it was a bit of ligament damage but when it was not getting any better we sent him to get it checked. I don’t think we will see him this side of the New Year as a result."
