Always good to leave a club on good terms as you may have to come back one day

Full back Colin Hamilton’s planned move to Notts County has fallen through and his ex-club would welcome him back with open arms. The former Hearts youngster was a star for Arbroath last season where he played in 33 league games and his form earned him a trial at Meadow Lane. However, Hamilton has returned north and featured for the Red Lichties in their 3-3 draw with Aberdeen under-20’s last Tuesday night.Arbroath manager Paul Sheerin said: "Colin is not signed yet but I am hopeful that he will. He did really well for us last season and it would be terrific if he had the chance to do more of the same in the new season."
