There is more to football than the world cup and lots of hard work is going on during the close season. The SFA have awarded Third Division Berwick Rangers their National Club Licence which confirms that the club meets the required standards for the day-to-day administration of the club, coaching qualifications, health and safety regulation and that facilities at Shielfield, including floodlighting is in order. Berwick Chairman Brian Porteous said: “We are absolutely thrilled to be awarded the Licence as there has been a massive amount of work done to achieve the standards required. We will continue to strive to make Berwick Rangers one of the most successful small clubs in Scotland, on and off the pitch.” Editor Ger Harley (ger@scottishfitba.net)Admin Team (admin@scottishfitba.net)This is Scottish-Fitba.Net
