Another Fans Initiative To Help Their Club

Falkirk fans are investing in the future of their club. Falkirk fans have agreed to sponsor the club's Academy. The arrangement with the Brockville Spirit and the Bairns Trusts is the first of its kind in British football with the supporters showing their faith in the future of Falkirk. Their financial backing will provide the Academy with the much need support to maintain the youth structure of the club for years to come.Head of Commercial Affairs, Gary Dowson welcomed the deal. He said: "Everyone at Falkirk FC is delighted to have secured a sponsorship of this kind with two of our local supporters groups. This partnership underlines the value of supporters by sponsoring their very own Academy."On Friday 29 October, Scotland play Wales in their second game of the Victory Shield at the Falkirk Stadium. Falkirk is very proud to have three academy players in the Scotland squad for this game which will be shown live on Sky Sports. The club will formally recognise the supporters groups involvement with the Academy at half time of the international.
