Hibs did not have the best Boxing Day and could have a rubbish last Saturday of the year if Celtic manager Neil Lennon has his way. The SPL leaders travel to Easter Road on Saturday looking to secure their sixth consecutive win in the league. Lennon wants to see an improved performance in Edinburgh afters seeing off Dundee on Wednesday thanks to an overhead kick from Georgios Samaras and a well-executed lob from Gary Hooper. This scoreline took them seven points clear at the top of the SPL. Hibs are going through a poor run of form with only one point to show from four games. Despite losing 1-0 to Ross County on Boxing day, they remain in fourth place ahead of Saturday's game at Easter Road. Speaking on Thursday, Lennon said: "Hibs will be a tough proposition at home. Pat (Fenlon, Hibs manager) has turned them around fantastically well. Obviously they had a disappointing result yesterday. Easter Road is always a good venue and I'm looking forward to the game. I would like to think we would play better than last night and be stronger." Lennon may have to get his thinking cap on before he announces his team. Charlie Mulgrew went off injured midway through the Dens Park game while winger James Forrest is pushing for a start after twice coming off the bench to good effect following his return from a hamstring problem. Lennon said: "We got Forrest on and he opened up the game again. At the minute, he's trying to find his full fitness. Without any natural width in the team, there was a bit of an imbalance to the way we were playing at times but when he comes on you can see the shape and the players looking happier. He gives us an extra thrust as well. Charlie (Mulgrew) has damaged a rib or pulled a muscle in the rib area. He was finding it hard to breathe so he will have to be assessed. He was playing very well and had a great first half. That was an enforced change."
